White Letting was set up by Joseph White and his wife Lisa in 2007. Already a very successful business man in his own right, Joseph operates a large leisure, events and property business spanning Scotland, Northern England and Spain. Employing more than 300 people, the company has its head office in Greenock, Inverclyde.

Joseph White, Lisa White and Mark Brysland work closely together with a team who maintain every property, carry out inspections and viewings and look after the vital administration that results in a seamless service for everyone involved. Their collective skills mean a professional, extremely efficient and hassle free management service is provided to both tenants and landlords alike.

  • Joseph White - having personally invested heavily over the past ten years in residential properties, Joseph has gained first hand experience dealing with a variety of letting agents in locations including Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverclyde. As Joseph’s own portfolio grew, it became apparent to him that the level of service being offered could be improved, in order to maximise income for landlords while providing a service that is second to none for the tenants. His aspirations are being achieved through White Letting, which he directs from the Greenock head office.

  • Lisa White - has been by Joseph’s side in every residential purchase. Once Lisa has decided upon the properties to buy, she moves in to bring them up to the high standard she demands. From simple re-carpeting, furnishings and decoration, to project managing more major redevelopments, Lisa is there from start to finish, maintaining a strict quality control. The end result is low future maintenance requirements - avoiding potential hassle for tenants - as well as increasing the desirability in the property - increasing rental value.

  • Mark Brysland - has worked for Joseph for more than ten years and is Group Director of Property Services. Mark is responsible for property management, collection of rent, administering service charges and insurance, as well as inspecting all properties to ensure tenants are meeting their lease obligations. Other aspects of Mark’s remit include rent reviews, assignations, rating and ensuring property valuations are up to date and maximised – in other words, everything you need to know to protect both landlord and tenant when renting property.
